Regent Park Realty is a full-service independent, real estate company located in the Arbutus Shopping Center, on the west side of Vancouver. Established in 1989, we are currently one of the largest independant real estate offices on the Westside, with approximately 100 realtors. We handle both residential and commercial properties.
In order for our realtors to supply first-class service, we feel that they need to be kept informed of all new trends and changes in the market place. To facilitate this we have comprehensive in office training and weekly office meetings.
Our company has the personal, down-to-earth feel of a small local real estate office. Derek Drew the Managing Broker has over 27 years of real estate experience and has sat on the Professional Standards & Ethics Committee, as a director at large, of the Vancouver Real Estate Board, and was the Vice President of the Westside Division of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board and is available to both our realtors and our clients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
